Processus pour les commandes passées en dehors des heures d’ouverture des Ouvertures Lives

Toute commande effectuée alors que Rémi Card Trader – Ouvertures Lives n’est pas en direct sera traitée selon les modalités suivantes :

• Les commandes passées en dehors des heures de diffusion seront ouvertes lors du prochain Live auquel l’acheteur est présent.
• Si l’acheteur ne se présente pas lors du prochain Live, la commande sera automatiquement ouverte à la fin du Live de soirée.
• Les Lives diffusés entre 9 h et 11 h 30 n’ouvriront pas les commandes passées hors des heures de diffusion à moins que l’acheteur soit présent. Ces commandes seront alors transférées au Live de soirée et ouvertes à la fin de celui-ci.
• Les commandes ouvertes à la fin d’un Live le seront selon l’ordre dans lequel elles ont été passées.

• Mardi : 14 h 30 à 23 h
• Mercredi : 14 h 30 à 23 h
• Jeudi : 9 h à 11 h 30 et 14 h 30 à 23 h
• Vendredi : 9 h à 11 h 30 et 14 h 30 à 23 h
• Samedi : 13 h à 23 h
• Dimanche : 13 h à 23 h

Les heures de diffusion ne sont pas fixes et peuvent varier en fonction des circonstances.

How does it work?

We open live on our social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, Twitch, etc) boxes and packs for you!

All you have to do is add the product to your cart and complete your order.

Once the order is placed, we open the boxes and packs in the order in which they are received. 

Only inserts, rookies, and hits (autographs, numbered cards, memorabilia cards, etc) will be shipped. Base cards are not included. Rémi Card Trader is not responsible for expired redemptions that cannot be redeemed. 

Process for Orders Placed Outside Live Unboxing Hours

Any order placed while Rémi Card Trader – Live Unboxings is not live will be handled according to the following process:

• Orders placed outside of live broadcast hours will be opened during the next Live in which the purchaser is present.
• If the purchaser does not attend the next Live, the order will automatically be opened at the end of the evening Live.
• Lives broadcast between 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. will not open orders placed outside of live hours unless the purchaser is present. These orders will be transferred to the evening Live and opened at the end of that Live.
• Orders opened at the end of a Live will be opened in the order in which they were placed.

• Monday: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Tuesday: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Live hours are not fixed and may vary depending on circumstances.
